Engineers know it. Streetcars know it. I know it, and in fact, you know it too. If you're not right on track, then you won't be getting any power. You won't feel the energy surge, and you won't feel love, freedom or abundance either.

You will feel stuck and empty.

You must be on the right track before you can feel the drive of Universal Energy. Just like a streetcar. Imagine the most beautiful, the most sophisticated streetcar there is, equipped with all the latest technology. In the tracks there is plenty of electricity available, always, ready and willing to pump its invigorating juice into whatever it is connected to.

However beautiful or modern this streetcar may be, as long as it is not aligned with the tracks it won't get any power to go forward. The streetcar remains motionless.

Mind you, this static condition is NOT a decision of the energy supply! The power line is NOT saying, "Heh, I don't like the looks of this streetcar, I won't give it any energy." The energy is always available, that's not the problem. But you need to know how to tap into it and use it for your own propulsion!

We are all very familiar with the mechanism of power supply. We've learned how to use electricity when we were kids. We all know that if we don't put the plug into the socket, then the lamp will not produce any light. We're not so stupid that we want the lamp to shine without making contact with the energy source.

Then why are we so stupid when it comes to our own real life? Why do we not connect to the Universal Power Supply when we want to get our juices flowing? We are like the television set that all of the sudden stops working. The repairman comes over only to find that your TV is completely okay, everything is checked and certified and functions properly. Then how come we didn't get a signal? Because the plug fell out of the socket!

How come we are always tired, low on energy, or depressed? Because we are not plugging into the Cosmic Source of Energy! We are like a lamp that tries to shine its light but forgot to plug itself into the power grid. We keep visiting the doctor to look for help, and he keeps saying that everything's fine, "it's in your head," or "it's the stress." This basically means, "I have no clue what's wrong with you, sir/madam, technically everything is okay." All the while we simply forgot to plug in!

If you want to be like a streetcar that is swiftly moving forwards along its tracks, then check your power connection! Energy is always available, but you have to be aligned with your tracks before you can receive it. So where is your track? The answer is: it's your mission.

Your track is the realization of your goal, your reason for being here on earth. You have a Life Plan. You have a Life Goal. This is the road you need to travel, this is the way you need to go, this is the track you need to follow. You have your talents to discover, to develop and to offer to the world.

God knows you will have plenty of energy once you start doing just that!

Find your goal in life. Discover your mission. Discover your own unique talents, your gifts from heaven, given to you at birth. You are meant to grow and cultivate your talents and gifts, and to offer them to the people you meet in your life, anyone that crosses your path. Don't hide your talents! What a waste that would be! Instead of crying out loud about "fate," instead of blaming others for your misery, go ahead and ask yourself why you came on earth.

Find the answer to this question, and then start to passionately live the answer!

This is what it means to be right on track. Like a streetcar that smoothly moves along, energized by the ever-present power. Like the lamp, shining brightly to lighten up the lives of everyone in the room. Plug into the universal energy; it's always there, for you as well as for everyone else. The only thing you have to do is to stay connected.

Your connection is in the realization of your mission here on earth. All the energy you need is available to you through the socket that is your goal! So find your mission, find your talents, share them with the world, and Universal Energy will flow into your life to fulfill all your needs

Long Beach, CA (ContentDesk) July 23, 2004 -- It certainly is not a new idea to encourage homeowners to create an inventory of their belongings. Fewer than 20% of homeowners currently do, yet they typically collect more on a claim and in a timelier manner. Although most insurance agents recommend an inventory, most people operate under the assumption that "It won't happen to us." Unfortunately for many, it will happen to them and the value of a home inventory will be discovered when they begin to file their claims. To perform your own home inventory, start by making a list of your possessions. Go room by room, remembering to include things not on the floor such as artwork, chandeliers, etc. List a description, amount paid, make and model, and serial number if applicable.

Attach available sales receipts. Be very thorough. Keep in mind any items in closets, drawers, storage units, and the garage. Some possessions such as jewelry, art, collectibles, and antiques may have increased in value. For a true assessment, have them appraised and find out if they need to be insured separately.

Take pictures of every room and also of important individual items, ensuring each photo is dated. Digital photos should be loaded onto a CD. Video footage is also extremely helpful.Once your inventory is complete, keep your records in a safe deposit box or other secure place away from your home. In cases of catastrophic events such as total loss due to fire, your records will remain safe and secure. Remember to update it when you make a significant purchase.

Information on smaller items can be added at regular intervals. Having your home or small business inventory professionally done is extremely convenient and surprisingly affordable. Southern California Home Inventory, based in Long Beach, is the only local business specializing in this service. As a professional, third party company, their process is designed to maximize and expedite insurance claims. A full service program starts at just $350 and includes a complete written, video, and digital photographic record on CD of your home or business and its contents, with a duplicate copy kept off-site for safekeeping.

They are licensed, fully insured and bonded, and all information is kept completely confidential.

If you have been thinking about hitting the road in an RV or motorhome whether for just a short vacation or a more long term trip, you probably have come to realize that there are plenty of choices available to consumers these days when it comes to these rolling homes away from home. There are more manufacturers than ever and a dizzying array of sizes and configurations to select from.

But thankfully, the industry has come to recognize a few general classifications to help bring some order to all of this and make your choice a little less confusing. There are four main classifications that we will discuss in this article, and hopefully when we are done you will have a better idea of which type or class of motorhome will fit your needs best.

The first one we will discuss is the Class A motorhome. These coaches resemble a bus in size and shape and are built on their own unique chassis.

They can range in length from 30 feet to well over 40 feet. Since they are the largest of the first three classes, they lend themselves to having more and better features and amenities built into them. In fact, many people use them as full-time homes and travel the entire country, while living in them in as their permanent residence. They often come with extras like washer/dryers, satellite TV, large screen TVs, dishwashers and more. This class of RV can easily support a couple for a very long time in complete comfort.

One of the drawbacks though is that they are not very maneuverable and don't handle going off-road very well. But if used for touring, they are hard to beat. New costs range from $75K - over $1 million.

The next on the list is the Class B motorhome. Actually this is the smallest by far of all the classes and is usually built on a truck or van frame. The length of these coaches often fall between only 17 and 25 feet.

Obviously, since they are so much smaller than the Class A motorhome, sacrifices must be made when it comes to features and amenities. You usually won't find many of the high ticket accessories in these RVs as space is at an absolute premium, and they are probably not a good choice for long term use for more than one person. New costs are usually between $45K and $85K.

Next you have the RV class that falls right in between the first two, the Class C. This motorhome is also usually built on a van chassis but it is usually larger than the Class B, but smaller than the Class A. More options and features begin to appear on this size simply because there is more room to make use of them.

They can range in length from 20 feet to 35 feet on average and cost new in the area of $50K to $125K. These are often used by families on vacation as they can accommodate 6-8 people at a time. Some couples also use them on a more long term basis.

Finally, you also have the option of looking at the giants of the motorhome industry, the bus conversions. As the name suggests, they are buses that have been converted to rolling homes and because of the extra heavy duty construction of buses these coaches can be very durable and reliable. They are often used by celebrities and corporations as they travel the country in style and luxury.

Prices on these RVs routinely go into the millions, and they can be expensive to repair, but they are also a pleasure to tour with.

No matter what needs or budget you have the RV industry has tried to make a product that can suit you, so look over the different classes and decide which will fit your needs best, and then begin the earnest search for the exact manufacturer and floor plan that pleases you most..

Have you ever bought contact lenses and wished that you could get them without spending so much money? If you have, you will be happy to know that there are a couple of ways to get cheap contact lenses without sacrificing quality or your prescription.

1- Most people tend to think that buying their contact lenses from the eye doctors' inventory is the most expensive way to get them. This isn't always the case; often times your doctor will have special pricing for a large supply of contact lenses. If you are willing to buy your lenses a year at a time, your doctor will probably, be able to match the prices of other suppliers.

2- Looking online may be a good source of cheap contact lenses, but it is a buyer beware world. When purchasing anything on the internet can be risky, this is especially true when you want to buy medical equipment. This is not to suggest, however, that the internet is a bad place to get contact lenses, just be sure that you are dealing with a reputable supplier.

3- A fairly new way to purchase cheap contact lenses is through mail order centers.

These companies are generally wholesalers that are able to secure a good price on the contacts because of the amount they promise to purchase from the manufacturer. As with purchasing on the internet, it is important to make sure that you are dealing with a trustworthy company, even if they do have cheap contact lenses.

4- Depending upon where you live, you may have a traditional brick and mortar store that sells cheap contact lenses. These stores will more often than not have an eye care professional with an office in the store. The nice thing about buying your lenses from this type of store is that, as with your eye doctor, they are right there to answer questions and fix problems should something be wrong with your order.

5- Another way to get good quality, cheap contact lenses is to ask about pricing between private label and generic label contact lenses. Many contact manufacturers make lenses for private companies as well as for generic pricing.

These are exactly the same lens, but differ on pricing alone.

6- If you have optical insurance available to you, this is also a way to get cheap contact lenses. Many insurance companies cover not only glasses but also contact lenses as long as they are used for a vision correction issue. Be sure to check with your contact lens supplier to be sure that they participate in your insurance plan.

7- If you find that, you can get cheap contact lenses by ordering them either online or through some other mail order company, ask about services such as shipping times, shipping rates and return policies.

The answers to these specific questions will help you to determine if the company you are thinking of buying from is legitimate. .

Newton, MA (ContentDesk) January 6, 2006 -- What do consumers do with digital photo prints? The 2006 Lyra Imaging Symposiums (www.lyra.com/symposium) comprehensive segment on the consumer imaging markets will offer insightful research and analysis on how consumers photographic habits that remained unchanged for nearly a century have now been thrown into chaos by digital technology. Long accustomed to a well-defined set of products and services offered by a handful of manufacturers and retailers, photographers now face a market packed with a myriad of constantly changing photo devices and services offered by hundreds of manufacturers and retailers. The Symposium will be held January 2325, 2006, at the Rancho Las Palmas Marriott Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA. Charles LeCompte, president of Lyra Research and director of Lyras Digital Photography Advisory Service explains, Its chaos out there in the digital photography market. Nobody yet knows just what things will look like when photo habits finally settle down, least of all the many companies chasing the one reliably profitable product in the industrythe photo print.

The fact is, however, this is a finite market, and the survivors will be those companies that are preparing now for life after the 4 x 6-inch photo print. The 2006 Lyra Imaging Symposiums coverage of digital photo printing includes LeComptes presentation, The Big Picture: What Happens to Photo Prints? which discusses: ? the dynamics that drive photo printing;? how customers are responding to the proliferation of photo-printing options such as paid and unpaid online services and various types of retail photo printing; and? how photo printing will be affected by the emergence of a multitude of electronic photo-viewing devices such as the iPod Photo, Epsons photo viewer, camera phones, and even cameras themselves. In addition to Charles LeCompte, speakers featured in the Symposiums consumer markets segment include Nancy Carr, director of strategic brand alliances and vice president of Digital and Film Imaging Systems for Eastman Kodak Company, and Larry Jamieson, director of Lyras Hard Copy Industry Advisory Service (IAS). This segment of the Symposium will also include Trends in Consumer Digital Photo Printing, an engaging panel discussion featuring speakers from across the digital photography industry. Panelists include: ? Ned Bunnell, Director of Marketing, Pentax Imaging Company? Michael Duffett, Director of Sales Support, Ink Jet Printers, Canon ? Jeff Housenbold, President and CEO, Shutterfly ? Tom Kelley, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, PhotoWorks ? Harry Loyle, President and CEO, MOTO Franchise Corporation ? Gregg Patterson, Vice President, Digital Photography Experiences and Applications, Digital Photography and Entertainment Organization, Hewlett-Packard Company Discussion topics include the following: ? What are companies doing to drive consumer photo-printing behavior? ? How will these companies deliver photo prints to their customers? ? What are vendors doing to address the barriers that continue to hinder growth in the photo-printing market? ? What are the key customer requirements that must be addressed? ? What other factors are driving consumer attitudes toward and consumption of photo printing?

Publishing Guidelines: You are welcome to publish this article in its entirety, electronically, or in print, free of charge, as long as you include my full signature file. Please send a courtesy link or email where you publish to secuone@aol.com Thank you."SECURITY LIABILITIES YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT"? 2004 By Why should you worry about liabilities in your business? Well, for one and probably the biggest reason, you could get sued for everything you have! But I guess you have insurance for things like that, right? Well, did you know that if you are found negligent in any action, there is a very good chance your insurance carrier will not stand behind you? That has happened to more people than you think, and then they get to pay all the bills like the legal fees, court costs and yes the final judgment against you. Just think about it, most lawyers charge an average of $250.00 an hour, then there are the court costs, the bad publicity a court situation will undoubtedly bring to your business and of course the money you have to pay the person(s) that filed the suit in the first place. WOW, can you imagine trying to pay for a multi-million dollar judgment plus all the other costs that you will get hit with! Hope you are saving a lot of money for the future and you checked out your insurance in case it is a negligent suit you're filed with! So, you are now wondering what is liability? In this article we are discussing the liability of security in your business! These are the main liabilities you will have in a business when it deals with security issues:?Negligent Hiring/Retention?Failure to Provide Adequate Security?Failure to Properly Training Security?Premises Liability So there is a lot you can do for reducing/eliminating these types of liability issues. Preparing for them ahead of time will save you money, time and maybe even your entire company.

The first thing you can do to reduce your security liabilities is to have a physical site security survey done by a competent security consultant. In this manner you will be able to find out just what your liabilities are and what measure you need to implement to reduce them. The second thing you need to do is actually implement the recommendations from the consultant. Without this step in place you do nothing but raise your liabilities, especially if it is over a matter of cost of the security measures you need to implement. The courts do not look favorable on those that neglect to install security measures just because of the cost associated with them.

The third thing you should do is look at all your policies and procedures; they will usually be the reason that you have a security issue in the first place. Most times the security measures you need the most to reduce or eliminate an issue is in the way policies and procedures are written or not adhered to. Take a close look at the entire make up of your company, hiring, retaining and termination of employees. Look at all you policies and procedures for the way you do and run your business. Take a close look at the outside of your business for anything that may get someone hurt or protect a possible criminal.

This is the only way you will find the things that can get you sued, you have to find them first to fix them. Having a lawsuit filed on you for them and going to court saying you didn't know is not a valid excuse! Look at the crime factors in your neighborhood and other businesses around you and then see what you can determine is possibly going to happen to you in any type of criminal event or incident that you may be sued for. Then make the necessary changes to all these to reduce/eliminate the possible lawsuit factors. It is not easy or not time consuming to do all this. That is why it is suggested a security consultant do it for you.

It can save you a lot of time, money in the long run and be done the right way before you do get sued..

Copyright 2006 Ingela Berger

A man I know had an accident one autumn as he was working in the woods. The leaves had fallen to the ground and the rain had fallen on the leaves. Wet leaves are very slippery, and this man knew that, but on a slope he lost control, fell and broke his right leg.

He was lucky to have company, and soon he was in an ambulance on his way to the hospital. He was not so lucky to know that the leg was broken in several places and the operation that followed was somewhat complicated and left him with rather a large number of screws in his bone.

He received a small amount of money from his insurance company, but it was just enough to cover the expenses for his hospital care, his torn clothes and boots.

A year later he still had some ugly scars, the skin on the leg was partly numb, and he found it a little hard to walk. His right leg pointed slightly outward, it had an angle that was just a bit too wide and made him stumble into tables legs and door posts every now and again.

He could live with it, but it was annoying.

Now the word reached his ear that there was more compensation to be sought from his insurance company for the long-term after-effects. To capture this opportunity he had to apply within ten years from the time of the accident. So he forgot about it. He still had time. And there were so many other things that filled his mind and that he had to do.

Important things too. He was a busy man. Fortunately, his leg kept reminding him. But then he forgot about it again.

After eight years he still suffered from the effects of the accident. Maybe I should go ahead and claim this money after all, he reasoned with himself.

Maybe I could get another couple of hundred dollars, who knows, that would be great! If I don't do it now maybe I will regret it later. So he decided to give it a shot and see what could come out of it. His doctor helped him with a medical certificate and he sent away his claim along with some newly taken photos of the leg. He did it all in the last minute. But he did it.

A few weeks before Christmas he got a letter from the insurance company.

They were granting him 5 500 euros ($7 000).

All his life this man had dreamed of owning a motorcycle. He was now 50 years old. He could drive a bike, he had a licence, and he had borrowed a bike from a friend for a few short rides now and then, but now it was finally possible for him to realize this old dream and buy his own motor-bike. Of course, it wouldn't be a brand-new one for this money, but still...

It wasn't before long that he found himself a beautiful red Honda CX500 1982. It had travelled just 30 000 km (19 000 miles).

A real gem. And what's more - there was some money left for buying a fine digital camera as well.

This happy man is now riding his treasure on the country roads of Scandinavia keeping his camera in the top box behind him. It's his first summer on the roads, and he soars!

Whenever he takes a break at some caf? people come up to him to take a closer look and admire the bike. Many get a touch of nostalgia. His eyes sparkle with pride as he satisfies their curiosity.

What seemed to be an ending to health and happiness turned out to be a beginning of a new lifestyle, of life quality and fulfilment.

A dream come true.

(ContentDesk) August 30, 2005 -- Everyone knows the importance of having a positive attitude, especially in the health insurance industry. Even negative people say that they have a positive attitude. All agents have seen it one time or another. They are at a meeting, and in the hallway during one of those five minute breaks they notice a woman on the telephone. In fact, she's on the phone on every break.

Finally one agent says, "calling your husband, huh?" to which she quickly responds, "No! Setting appointments." She's obviously protecting or insuring her ?good attitude'. She's making sure that the outside influence of a meeting will not affect her production goals or her ?good attitude'. Or, what about the guy who's sitting at a table by himself at the Monday morning ?turn-in' meeting. He's busy wrestling with a pile of papers and hasn't said a word to anyone. Someone goes up to him and says something about the monsoons or scorching heat or earthquake in China last week and he barely acknowledges their presence.

"All those papers must be apps", he mutters to the group in the hall. An example of Attitude Insurance:Sam, a new agent, rode with John, a seasoned pro, for a week. Monday, John finished setting up his week. He already had about eight appointments and added another 7 or 8. It didn't look too difficult, people just seem to like him.

On Tuesday, things started going bad. The first appointment wasn't there so they just introduced themselves to a few other businesses. The next person didn't qualify medically, but they did sell the NBA membership and a critical illness policy. Wednesday they encountered severed thunderstorms. Their first appointment was the owner of a tow trucking company and was a no-show.

They went next door to a beauty shop and found five beauticians and a receptionist looking very bored because all their customers had canceled due to the weather. They took to them immediately, offering coffee and a place to dry off. During the three hours before their next appointment, they wrote up every one of those ladies.Still raining something awful, they went to their next appointment. It was a mechanic shop on the other side of town. The rain was blowing completely horizontal with no signs of letting up, so they made a mad dash for the door.

The ground was so soft that Sam lost one of his brand new shoes in the mud. The owner and one employee helped them in and long story short, was so impressed with John's presentation that he quickly called his brother over. They ended up selling 3 families. Thursday, John's car broke down on the way to their appointments. So they had to call Sam's wife to pick them up and use his car the rest of the day.

John had over $20,000 in AV that week. He never once let the elements get in his way. He was constantly thinking of positive solutions to every situation. It was John's best week to date. So, where does attitude insurance come from? Attitude insurance comes from the same place things like honor, discipline and integrity come from?inner self.

An agent's friends and co-workers surely help but for him to truly have the good attitude, he will have to be the one to get it and protect it. The agent is the only one who can give himself an Attitude Insurance Policy. The really great news is that there is no cost associated with obtaining this policy. Not in terms of money anyway. The cost is the agent's action and their discipline. Agents must discipline themselves to take action against all those outside forces that adversely affect their good attitude.

By not protecting his attitude, an agent's focus and ability to perform sound reasoning will be destroyed. Failure to protect a good attitude will certainly feed a bad attitude. If an agent wants to make $4,000 a week selling insurance, he can. But if he sets a goal to make $4,000 a week and doesn't do his due diligence to gain the proper knowledge and discipline, it won't happen. And what do happens next? Well, believe it or not, this person is now looking for ways to cancel their Attitude Insurance Policy. They actually seek out other unsuccessful people to confirm their lack of success is justified --- again, from another unsuccessful person.Dropping attitude protection, even for a moment, can cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

Ironically, highly successful people who encounter great challenges have those really huge Attitude Insurance Policies.Dan Roberts is the VP Sales and Marketing for Insurance of America Agency, Inc. A marketing leader in the insurance industry, Dan has worked in operations and sales and marketing at some of the nation's largest insurance marketing organizations. He is the recipient of over 85 industry awards including a coveted ?Million Dollar' gold ring from the agency's founder.
